:
The Marketing Specialist, Product Brand Marketing Operations plays a critical role supporting the operational, analytical, and presentation needs of Starboard Group’s Product Brand Marketing program. This position focuses on developing proposals and presentations, tracking performance and results, and managing the day-to-day operations that support marketing initiatives across the business. This position collects program-level analytics that evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of marketing partnerships.
Working closely with the Senior Manager and internal teams, the specialist helps ensure marketing proposals are optimized and commitments are accurately tracked and translated into insights that support decision-making, renewals, and future growth of the program.
What you’ll be doing::
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposals, Presentations & Program Storytelling (35%)

Develop and update Product Brand Marketing proposals, pitch decks, and internal presentations

Support the creation of executive-ready materials that communicate opportunities, program value, and performance

Assist in the development of media kits and materials supporting marketing strategy and renewals

Maintain organized libraries of presentation templates, visuals, and supporting documentation

Ensure all materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with Starboard brand standards
Program-Level Reporting, Analytics & Profitability (35%)

Compile and maintain program-level financial and performance analytics for Product Brand Marketing

Support reporting that evaluates overall marketing program health, effectiveness, and ROI

Maintain and improve tracking tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards used to monitor performance and inventory (i.e. locations tracker)
Product Brand Marketing Program Operations & Tracking (20%)

Support the operational management of the program across all participating brands within Workfront
-
Track marketing commitments and deliverables at the program and brand level, including but not limited to the collection of proof of execution (POE), reporting, and program results to be provided to partner brands

Identify gaps, risks, or follow-ups related to deliverables

Support process improvements to streamline tracking and workflows
Administrative & Internal Coordination Support (10%)

Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for reporting and presentations

Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and follow-ups for marketing reviews internally and externally

Support scheduling, approvals, and internal communications related to the program

Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Senior Manager as needed
What we’re looking for::
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in experience

Experience in the cruise industry preferred, or travel industry a plus

Experience working with external brands, vendors, and cross-functional teams required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from concept through execution
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly in dynamic operational environments
- Strong collaboration skills across internal and external teams
Travel Requirements

Up to 20% travel, including ship visits, onboard activations, industry events, and brand meetings
