Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for a variety of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to ensuring safe and efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC system repairs to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems using hand tools and electrical systems knowledge to identify root causes.
- Service a wide range of HVAC equipment, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations, including EPA guidelines for handling refrigerants.
- Utilize hand tools and electrical testing devices to perform diagnostics and repairs accurately.
Experience
- MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to HVAC equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of EPA regulations concerning refrigerant handling is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various job sites and environments.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
