Part-Time | Afternoons (3:00pm–6:00pm, Tues–Thurs)
The Behavior Place is a teen-focused social and life skills center providing small-group, evidence-based ABA services for adolescents with special needs. Our programs focus on social communication, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and vocational readiness.
This position is designed as a high-quality supplemental role with predictable weekly hours in a professional clinic setting.
This position is ideal for:
- School-based RBTs seeking consistent after-school hours
- DOE paraprofessionals or educational assistants
- Behavior technicians working morning clinic schedules
- Graduate students in ABA, psychology, or education
- Individuals pursuing BCBA certification seeking structured clinical experience

Fieldwork supervision opportunities will become available as the center continues to grow and are limited based on capacity and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement Behavior Intervention and Treatment Plans
- Facilitate structured, group-based ABA sessions
- Support social, communication, and vocational skill development
- Collect accurate session data and complete SOAP notes
- Maintain a calm, professional learning environment
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA
- Maintain all required professional certifications
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents preferred
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to follow clinical direction precisely
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
