Supply Chain Leader/Senior Planner – Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Manager or Senior Supply Chain Planner with hands-on experience to oversee end-to-end planning, scheduling, and project execution within our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role ensures strong demand–supply alignment, efficient production scheduling, and continuous improvement across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
What You’ll Do
Supply & Demand Planning

Support S&OP to align demand forecasts with production and inventory plans

Maintain short and long term production plans

Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve forecast accuracy
Production Planning & Scheduling
-
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple lines and SKUs
-
Schedule production to minimize changeovers, downtime, and waste
-
Adjust schedules based on demand shifts, material availability, and equipment constraints
-
Collaborate with Plant Management, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement
Project Management

Lead projects including new product launches, capacity expansions, and process improvements

Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Procurement & Supplier Coordination

Partner with procurement to ensure timely availability of ingredients and packaging

Support supplier performance management

Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans
Performance & Continuous Improvement

Track KPIs such as inventory turns, schedule adherence, and forecast accuracy

Identify opportunities to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time

Improve responsiveness across the supply chain
Systems & Data

Use ERP and planning systems for planning and reporting

Maintain accurate master data (BOMs, lead times, capacity parameters)
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and project management
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Consumer goods or food industry experience is a big plus
