We're a technology-enabled adult primary care practice in Vienna serving Tysons Corner and Fairfax County, and we're hiring a Nurse Practitioner — full-time or part-time. Our patients have left us 100+ five-star reviews, and the thing they say most often is that they never felt rushed. That's by design, and it applies to our providers too.
What the role looks like
You'll start by working closely alongside our physicians — same-day sick visits, patient callbacks, prior authorizations, and follow-up care. As you learn our patients and workflows, you'll build your own panel. We're accepting new patients continuously, so there's real runway to grow into independent practice with physician support the whole way.
You'll also work within our medical weight management program (semaglutide and tirzepatide), Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and chronic disease management — hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid, asthma, obesity.
EMR is athenahealth. Telehealth visits available.
What we're looking for
- Active, unrestricted Virginia NP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- FNP or AGNP with current national certification
- Active DEA registration or eligibility
- Someone who genuinely likes small-practice team culture
Adult primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred. New graduates welcome — we provide structured onboarding and direct physician mentorship.

- $110,000–$125,000 base for full-time, commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives (part-time pro-rata)
