JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficiency of the day-to-day golf operation at a private, elite golf club. To offer superb customer service and member relations from an exquisite door to door experience. Briar’s Creek is a beautiful, private Member-only Golf Course with 325 members and less than 13,000 rounds played annually. Our team prides themselves on having a critical eye for detail, service oriented, with a shared vision for excellence in providing a fun and memorable golf experience for our members and their guests.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Creating a friendly professional atmosphere by being punctual, presentable and enthusiastic
- Must be an ambassador for Briar’s Creek at all times
- Jointly responsible for all cart operations
- Jointly responsible for daily range preparations
- Assist and coordinate with the inside staff to control the tee sheet and the range as well as coordinating the flow of the first tee since we are a no tee time facility course
- Jointly responsible for the over all appearance and cleanliness of the practice facility, main entrance and cart storage facility
- Jointly responsible for all opening and closing procedures in all areas.
- To be a team player to all departments in reaching the same goal
- Must prioritize the operation and be able to multitask.
- Having good customer service and people skills is important.
PROFILE:
High School Degree
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
