Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead and elevate our housekeeping operations. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices and brand expectations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services across all areas
- Oversee daily operations including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and staff assignments to maximize efficiency and quality
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage training programs for staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, equipment use, and customer service excellence
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environment with a strong background in hotel or commercial cleaning
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams effectively
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and custodial procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and provide clear guidance to staff

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,700.59 per year
