Let’s be honest.
You’re not “seeking a dynamic, fast-paced environment.”
You just want a dental office where:
- You’re treated with respect
- The day doesn’t feel chaotic
- The team actually likes each other
- And you go home tired—but not drained
That’s what we’re building here.
Who we are:
We’re a patient-centered dental practice that believes good dentistry starts with a good team. We care deeply about our patients—but we also care about each other. No drama. No egos. No “figure it out yourself” training.
Who you are:
- A dental assistant (experienced or confident new grad—we’ll talk)
- Reliable, kind, and detail-oriented
- Someone who notices when a patient is nervous and knows how to help
- Comfortable assisting chairside, turning over rooms, and supporting the flow of the day
- Not afraid to ask questions—and not pretending to know everything
What the job actually looks like:
- Assisting the doctor chairside
- Preparing rooms and instruments
- Taking X-rays
- Helping patients feel calm, seen, and cared for
- Being part of a team that communicates instead of snapping
What we don’t do:
- We don’t throw you into chaos without training
- We don’t expect perfection—just effort and growth
What we offer:
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
- Consistent hours
- A supportive team environment
- A practice that values professionalism and personality
- The chance to enjoy coming to work again
If you’ve ever thought, “I love dentistry, I just hate the environment,”this might be the place you’ve been looking for.
