Northampton Area Pediatrics now has four convenient locations and is looking for compassionate nurses to help us provide exceptional care to children and their families.
Whether you're an experienced LPN or a Practical Nurse preparing to take your NCLEX, you'll join a collaborative team that values learning, teamwork, and making a difference every day.
What You'll Do
As a member of our clinical team, you'll provide hands-on pediatric nursing care by:
- Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for their provider visits.
- Administering treatments such as immunizations, medications, wound care, lab procedures, ear irrigations, and other clinical services.
- Providing telephone triage using established pediatric protocols, helping families navigate illnesses, refill requests, and determining the appropriate level of care.
- Working closely with providers and fellow team members to deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation while following HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and clinical best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Practical Nurse (PN) with an NCLEX exam scheduled at the time of application and eligible for licensure within four months of hire.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.

Pay: $29.50 - $35.50 per hour
