KW Realty Boise is actively hiring Buyer's Specialists for our coaching program throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, and the greater Treasure Valley. This opportunity is ideal for agents who are passionate about helping buyers achieve their homeownership goals while building a scalable business in one of Idaho's fastest growing real estate markets.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with buyers to identify their needs, goals, and preferred communities
- Schedule and conduct property tours throughout the Treasure Valley
- Educate clients on financing options, inspections, contracts, and market conditions
- Negotiate offers while advocating for your clients' best interests
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the buying process
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with leadership, coaches, and fellow agents to accelerate business growth

Requirements:
- Active real estate license in Idaho
