We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Technician who is comfortable providing both remote helpdesk support and onsite client services. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and interacting directly with clients.
You will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, workstation deployments, and assisting with day-to-day IT support tasks across multiple client environments.
We can guarantee you at least 30hr/per week at $25/hr.
There is no PTO. (If you want time off, you will just need to schedule it a month in advance.
Health Coverage is available after a 90-day probationary period.
Initially, you will be helping to restore systems to new hardware and then going on-site to our clients to replace their existing hardware. Also working with me to get you up to speed on our software stack through web-based training at our office location.
