Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager/Driver to lead our logistics operations and ensure seamless distribution processes. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage transportation planning, and supervise warehouse staff. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and process improvement will drive operational excellence. Duties
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management
- Plan and coordinate transportation to optimize freight routes and reduce costs
- Oversee procurement, purchasing, and materials management to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Manage warehouse distribution processes, including warehouse management system (WMS) utilization and inventory control procedures
- Supervise forklift operation, dispatching, and fleet management to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods
- Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) partners for seamless supply chain execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards in shipping & receiving practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a logistics or supply chain environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Hands-on experience with process management tools such as Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
- Familiarity with procurement, purchasing, freight forwarding (including NVOCC), and distribution management
- Supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced warehouse settings with forklift certification preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan production schedules and optimize supply chain workflows
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners in logistics operations

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
