Paralegal
Downtown San Diego boutique law firm specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights. We are seeking a litigation paralegal and a pre-litigation paralegal/case manager to work on cases in state and federal courts. Litigation paralegal applications should have at least three years of experience. Primary job duties for the pre-litigation position involves client intake, working with clients to get medical treatment, and working on obtaining and reviewing records. The primary job duties of the litigation paralegal are reviewing discovery, drafting pleadings and discovery, meeting with clients, and assisting attorneys with court, including trial.

Bonuses and financial incentives are available. Speaking Spanish would be a plus. Candidates with familiarity with Trial Director and other litigation-focused software is preferred.
