Busy Appliance Parts Distributor looking for a Full-Time or Part Time Customer Service Parts Counter Representative! Looking for a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate well with customers and able to take parts orders, research and find part even when customer doesn't have a part #. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Sell parts to customers over the phone and in person
- Assist customers in selecting parts
- Maintain good relationships with customers and other employee's
Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Detail-oriented
- People Skills: customer service oriented
- Bi-Lingual preferred Spanish/English
