Business Operations Apprentice

About the Position
This is not a typical assistant position.
You'll work directly with the owner of Antinoz Café and gain hands-on experience in business operations, project management, construction, technology, restaurant management, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Every day is different. One day you may help organize construction projects, coordinate vendors, and research equipment. Another day you may build spreadsheets, improve business systems, organize inventory, work with AI tools, or assist with special projects.
If you enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, staying organized, and taking ownership, this position offers an opportunity to build valuable real-world experience while helping grow a successful business.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with business operations and special projects
- Property maintenance and improvement projects
- Organizing tools, supplies, and inventory
- Researching products, vendors, and equipment
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and documents
- Coordinating contractors and deliveries
- Running business errands
- Assisting with marketing and technology projects
- Helping improve business systems and organization
- Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
Qualifications
