THE ROLE
As our VP and Corporate Controller, you'll be the senior financial leader across a multi-plant, multi-ERP manufacturing environment leading U.S. and Mexico-based accounting teams, owning the monthly close and treasury operations, and providing the financial insight that drives Executive Leadership's decision-making, with the majority of accounting operations centralized in Mérida, Mexico.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
✅ Lead the Accounting and Treasury teams across the U.S. and Mexico ✅ Sit on the senior leadership team and help drive company strategy ✅ Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple ERP systems ✅ Direct cash management, treasury, and banking relationships ✅ Approve large payables, sign checks, and authorize large wires/ACHs ✅ Be the key point of contact for external audits (U.S. and Mexico) ✅ Champion GAAP and Mexican regulatory compliance ✅ Guide inventory strategy and cost optimization ✅ Drive process improvements across finance and payroll operations ✅Monitor multi-state sales tax exposure ✅Direct all sales tax, payroll tax, and corporate tax compliance activities
WHAT YOU BRING
✅ Bachelor's degree and active CPA license required. MBA a strong plus ✅ 8+ years in multi-country manufacturing/e-commerce finance, 5+ at the senior leadership level ✅ Broad international experience (including the U.S.) preferred ✅ Bilingual — English & Spanish ✅ Finance leadership at a $200M+ revenue organization ✅ Experience with external auditors and Board reporting ✅ International travel required

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
