Barista
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including brewing equipment and utensils
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
- Utilize TOAST POS system for order processing
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
