We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Universal-operated property, including client relationship management, maintenance schedules and repairs, safety compliance, budget management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Operations Management:

Meet weekly with the market leader to discuss facility operations.

Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide leadership.

Identify and address training needs.
Client Relations:

Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients.

Participate in community activities to promote the organization.
Collaboration:

Work with other managers on advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.

Assist with the start-up and growth of new branches.
Facility Maintenance:

Schedule and coordinate upkeep, repairs, and maintenance projects.

Conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
Customer Interaction:

Explain parking agreements and provide facility information to prospective parkers.

Develop and implement marketing plans for vacant spaces.
Financial Management:

Develop and present budgets and financial reports.

Maintain property records, including revenue, maintenance costs, permits, and event calendars.
Regulation Enforcement:

Describe and enforce guidelines, rules, and regulations for customers.
Qualifications

Experience in facilities management, operations, or related fields.
