We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer specializing in Nursing Home and Dialysis services to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to nursing home and dialysis service offerings, emphasizing digital, print, and community outreach strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google AdWords, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Develop engaging content for websites, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences and highlight the unique benefits of our healthcare services.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling proposals for potential partners and managing multichannel advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social media outlets.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target demographics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand standards while managing budgets effectively for all marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, social media marketing, multichannel marketing strategies, and digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation; familiarity with WordPress for website management; basic HTML skills are a plus.
- Experience with content marketing, copywriting, research methodologies, and analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage marketing automation systems and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent sales skills with experience in advertising sales or B2B marketing partnerships within the healthcare or senior care sectors.
- Skills in budgeting for campaigns while maintaining high standards of quality across print advertising and digital channels.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms relevant to healthcare services is advantageous; familiarity with product management principles is beneficial.
