- Proven experience in high volume bartending roles
- Proficient in POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time management skills
- Experience in fine dining and collaboration with sales teams
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
