Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer value and store sales goals
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and maintaining organized displays
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments to ensure clear communication
- Educate customers on retail store product knowledge, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is essential
- Knowledge of retail store merchandising, stock management, and product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are vital for building lasting relationships with clients
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
