Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided, high-quality leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand each client’s needs and recommend the best coverage
- Present insurance solutions, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales
- Process quotes and assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
- Work closely with leadership and teammates to maximize performance and continuously improve results
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system
- Knowledge of health, life, property & casualty, or commercial insurance is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
