Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking two experienced Project Coordinators to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Simulation and Training Program Management Office (MST PMO) in Orlando, Florida.
The Project Coordinators provide acquisition and program coordination support across active medical training and simulation programs, helping Government program leadership develop, organize, review, track, and maintain the documentation and actions required to move programs through acquisition milestones and day-to-day execution.
The Project Coordinators work closely with Government program managers, acquisition personnel, engineers, analysts, and external stakeholders. These roles require strong acquisition-program support experience, disciplined document and action management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced Federal program office.
These positions are performed onsite at the Partnership III Building, 3039 Technology Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826. Short-term situational telework may be authorized by the Government on a case-by-case basis, but regular telework is not part of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 or more years of relevant professional experience in Federal/DoD acquisition support, program or project coordination, program management, contracting, technical program support, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, coordinating, or maintaining acquisition and program-management documentation.
- Experience supporting Government program offices, acquisition organizations, or similarly structured regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration/document-management tools such as SharePoint.
- Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent actions and deadlines while coordinating with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to satisfy applicable DHA personnel-security, credentialing, facility-access, CAC, and system-access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Department of Defense or Defense Health Agency experience.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition lifecycle activities, source selections, acquisition planning, contracting, or program execution.
- Experience with FAR/DFARS-based acquisition environments.
- Experience supporting medical systems, medical simulation, training systems, TADSS, or related defense programs.
- Experience preparing or reviewing SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, acquisition strategies/plans, technical evaluation materials, or milestone documentation.
- Experience supporting IPTs, program reviews, action tracking, executive briefings, and Government document repositories.
- Current or recent DHA/DoD credentials or system access.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition planning, market research, acquisition strategy development, and source-selection preparation for MST PMO programs.
- Develop, review, coordinate, and maintain acquisition and program documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), acquisition plans/strategies, decision memoranda, reports, briefings, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Review technical and management documentation for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with program objectives and acquisition requirements.
- Support Government Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, milestone reviews, program reviews, and recurring program-management forums.
- Track program actions, suspense items, risks, issues, decisions, milestones, and deliverables; follow up with responsible stakeholders to maintain schedule and accountability.
- Conduct and document market research, data calls, library/repository research, and other acquisition-support analyses.
- Maintain acquisition files, document libraries, and SharePoint repositories using established configuration-control and records-management practices.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, briefings, status reports, executive summaries, and correspondence for Government leadership.
- Coordinate across Government offices, functional specialists, contractors, and external organizations to obtain inputs, resolve issues, and keep program actions moving.
- Support continuous improvement of acquisition workflows, documentation practices, and program coordination processes.
Compensation
Salary Range: $58,000–$65,000 annually
Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, specialized expertise, and alignment with the requirements of the position.
