- 10+ years’ commercial construction experience in a Project Manager role
- 5+ years’ expertise in building envelope systems
- 3+ years’ experience leading high-performance project teams
- Proficient in industry standard software
- Ability to work under pressure, make strategic decisions, and solve complex problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
