Numilk is an industry-changing plant-based no-waste food-tech startup on an extreme growth trajectory and looking for a high energy individuals to work at our Manufacturing Plant. As the Logistics Coordinator at Numilk you will be responsible to manage the in-bound of materials, and the out-bound of finished goods to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process, and deliver products to our customers on time. You will also make sure the plant Warehouse is efficiently organized, and that our inventories of materials and finished goods are accurate.
Key Responsibilities
In-Bound Materials
- Collaborate with Procurement and Manufacturing leaders to ensure the right quantity of materials are being ordered
- Manage the receiving and storage of materials and consumables
- Ensure ingredients are stored following the FIFO process
Warehouse Management
- Maintain the highest Safety, Quality and House Keeping standards in the Warehouse
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure enough capacity exists in the Warehouse
- Participate in the implementation of ERP/MRP
- Manage the weekly inventory count of Ingredients and Packing Materials
Finished Goods Fulfillment
- Manage the Pick & Pack operation to ensure orders are filled complete and on time
Required Qualitications
- ·Entrepreneurial spirit working in an agile, fast paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Warehouse environment
- Attention to detail, and proficiency in Math
- Proficiency in digital applications (Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc)
- Certified Fork-Lift Operator
- Excellent team player and collaborator, able to function effectively across the different plant functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon fulfillment
- Valid Fork-lift Operator Certificate
- Experience in the implementation of MRP/ERP systems
- Experience in a startup environment
- Experience in direct-to-consumer logistics operations

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
