American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Operating Room Circulator position in Crestview, FL, requiring 2+ years of OR experience, robotics experience, and a FL or compact RN license.

Located in the Operating Room (OR) department of a hospital in Crestview, FL

Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

On-call responsibilities are required

13-week contract

Active FL or compact RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Minimum 2 years of OR Circulator experience required

Robotic surgical experience required
-
No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months

All certifications must remain active for at least 30 days beyond the contract start date

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Responsibilities include ensuring adequate supply availability, maintaining case timeliness, communicating with patient families, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical cases, and supervising patient care personnel

Works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR techs, and other surgical team members in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and regulatory standards

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
