Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for a Homecare Staffing Coordinator to join our team!
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our clients receive the quality care they deserve by connecting them with dependable, compassionate caregivers.
✔️ Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
✔️ Match staff availability with client care needs
✔️ Handle shift changes and last-minute staffing needs
✔️ Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management
✔️ Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation
✔️ Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
✔️ Help resolve scheduling challenges quickly and professionally
✔️ Ensure staffing practices follow company policies and requirements
We're looking for someone who is:

Previous staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or homecare experience is a plus!
