Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Plumbing Installer to oversee and execute complex plumbing installations on residential homes. As a key leader on the team, you will coordinate installation activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and deliver high-quality plumbing systems that meet project specifications. Your mechanical knowledge, construction expertise, and leadership skills will drive project success and client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead skilled tradespeople, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to innovative building solutions.
Duties
- Lead a crew of two doing only residential installs.
- Focus on the high-precision technical work. This includes soldering copper, expansion pex, fitting gas lines, and ensuring all connections are leak-free and meet local code requirements.
- Replacing outdated or failing water heater, water softener, and other filtration systems.
- Removing old toilets, sinks, faucets, and garbage disposals and installing modern, high-efficiency replacements.
- Replacing old drain systems or performing task such as liners, descales or hydro-jetting to restore existing drain systems.
- Full repiping of homes either through the attic or in the crawl space. All repipes are installed up to county codes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
