We're looking for a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our PRN team serving patients across Dallas County.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough patient consultations — reviewing medical history, referrals, and listening closely to understand each patient's unique condition and goals.
- Assess and diagnose movement dysfunction through observation and hands-on evaluation.
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and recovery trajectory.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches that rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.
- Track patient progress, adapt treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in Kinnser EMR.
- Educate patients and families on at-home care strategies and realistic recovery expectations.
What You Bring
- Active Texas PT license.
- 1+ years of PT experience — home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification and valid Texas driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
- Warm communication style with patients, families, and referring providers.
Schedule & Territory
- PRN flexibility — pick up shifts on your terms.
- Monday–Friday, serving patients across Dallas County.
