Millennium Property Management, LLC is seeking experienced, 1099 contract inspectors for HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program residential property inspections in Miami-Dade County. This production-based position has a consistent weekday schedule, ideal for professionals seeking stable daytime work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of HUD HCV residential properties, including exterior and interior areas.
- Ensure compliance with HUD NSPIRE and HQS standards.
- Identify life-threatening, safety, and maintenance deficiencies.
- Document findings and complete inspection reports using required mobile tools.
- Communicate results with property managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in housing inspections, real estate, affordable housing property management, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HUD, NSPIRE, HQS, and REAC protocols.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Emphasys Elite Inspections software experience is required.
Compensation
- Production-based position.
- Starting rate: $21–$27 per hour, depending on certification, experience, and production.
