What You’ll Be Doing
- Take a high volume of inbound calls from consumers seeking ACA coverage
- Use HealthSherpa to quote, present, and enroll clients
- Identify needs, overcome objections, and close on the first call
- Explain plans, premiums, deductibles, and subsidies clearly
- Follow CMS and Marketplace compliance guidelines while hitting targets
What We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance License (2-40, 2-15, or equivalent)
- ACA, Under-65, or call center sales experience preferred
- Strong closing skills and phone presence
- Highly motivated and money-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be able to work on-site in Deerfield Beach
