We are seeking dependable and hardworking Utility Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Richmond, KY. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment by performing housekeeping, sanitation, and equipment cleaning duties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with janitorial, custodial, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Clean production equipment, filling lines, tanks, pumps, filters, hoses, and dispensing equipment.
- Remove, organize, and store empty pallets and recyclable materials.
- Complete scheduled sanitation and cleaning of work areas and equipment.
- Support production teams by maintaining clean and safe workspaces.
- Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with paint odors, dust, noise, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including a respirator when necessary.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

E. Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
