We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Buyer Agent Specialist to join a high-producing real estate team. Duties
- Assist and follow up with clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms for clients
- Provide comprehensive guidance on fair housing regulations and legal requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and promote listings
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Support administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and scheduling
Requirements
- Have a valid real estate license in Florida. Will need to get both states licensure.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or property management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and ethical standards in real estate practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with real estate marketing and administrative tasks
