What You'll Do
Drive Results
- Lead your store to exceed sales and profitability targets
- Manage P&L, budgeting, payroll, and inventory control
- Analyze data to optimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Reduce shrinkage and maximize efficiency
Lead Your Team
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing cashiers and clerks
- Create a culture of excellence and exceptional customer service
- Schedule efficiently while controlling labor costs
- Conduct performance reviews and foster career growth
Deliver Excellence
- Oversee all operations in our 24/7 environment
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
- Champion our loyalty program
- Handle customer escalations professionally
- Lead by example (including solo register shifts when needed)
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven retail management experience with strong sales results
- Leadership skills with team management experience
- P&L management and financial acumen
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied hours (24/7 operation)
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
Preferred:
- Convenience store or gas station management experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Inventory control and loss prevention expertise
- POS systems proficiency
- Recruiting and training experience
