The Bayfront Inn 5th Avenue is looking for a customer focused, reliable, and detail oriented individual to join our Maintenance Department. Job Duties include preventative Maintenance of guest rooms, repairs, painting, and overall upkeep of the interior and exterior of the property. Some plumbing, HVAC, pool upkeep and lawn care experience required. Lifting and standing required. This position is full time with the expected hours to be between 32-40 hours. Schedule will be 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) open availability required during that period. Holidays/weekends expected. Please send resume/qualifications.
