School Bus Transportation company Safety Department hiring an experienced Road Safety Supervisor to be a liaison between the Company and the School Districts to help manage Drivers and Bus Aides, Student issues, Parent and interact with School Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Be a presence within the School District(s)
- Interact with the Drivers, Monitors, Parents, School Officials, Students, Dispatchers and Terminal Manager
- Train new and existing staff on safe school bus driving protocols and procedures
- Facilitation of retraining drivers and bus aides as needed
- View and review bus video footage. Requested by District or randomly pulled.
- Ensure that all drivers and monitors/aides are following NJ School Bus compliance regulations
- Investigate and address all safety violations
- Respond to accidents and incidents
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills and be personable
- Have a valid, clean Class B driver's license with an S and P endorsement
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be flexible and be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years as a School Bus driver or Transportation experience (preferred)
Salary negotiable based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
