We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Account Specialist to lead our online sales initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our e-Commerce presence, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development. Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily orders across multiple e-Commerce platforms
- Monitor order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing)
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog issues
- Communicate with customers regarding inquiries, order updates, returns, and concerns
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory and product information
- Identify opportunities to improve listing performance and customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience managing marketplace accounts
- Hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Faire
- Wayfair
- Walmart (Marketplace)
- Mercari
- Etsy
- eBay
- Shopify
- Strong understanding of marketplace policies and listing requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience improving listing performance and sales metrics
- Familiarity with order management or ERP systems

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
