Analyze and improve AP and AR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to identify process gaps and implement solutions.

Investigate and resolve escalated AP/AR issues and operational challenges.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development.

Monitor workflow performance and recommend enhancements to strengthen shared services operations.

Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, shared services, accounting, or finance operations.

SAP experience and examples of process improvement is needed

Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation range $60k-$75k
