We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive high-quality service while maintaining the standards of our dining establishment. Year-round and weekends required.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommend items to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, while maintaining attention to detail in presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
- Prepare beverages
- Answer phone for takeout and delivery orders
