Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to restore shine.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs.
- Manage your own schedule efficiently to ensure timely completion of all assigned cleaning appointments.
- Use proper cleaning supplies and equipment safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping management provides a strong foundation for this role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling delicate fabrics is a plus.
- Background in customer service roles enhances your ability to meet client expectations professionally.
- Previous custodial or hotel experience demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
