Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Cashier to join our Coffee and Bakery Bar service teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with the public, and have the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. While previous experience is not required, we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Cross-trained to work as a cashier, drink specialist, and bakery counter attendant
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions with accuracy
- Assist with food prep, restocking, and dishwashing as needed
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, stocked, and sanitary
- Greet and assist guests, answering food-related and general Farm Park questions
- Familiar with mobile device use and handling various U.S. currency denominations
- Enjoy working with people and maintaining clean, welcoming service areas
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and giving change.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
- Ability to learn and use point-of-sale (POS) system and other necessary technology.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Training Provided:
- Operation of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of concession products and pricing.
- Basic food handling and safety practices.
- Time management and multitasking in a busy environment.
- Customer service best practices and conflict resolution.
