Daily Guarantee: starting at $850/day for initial period (6 months) then % of Net Production

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school

Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)

Preferred Dental Implants, IVsedation
