Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the Evenings from 3pm - ,9pm or 10pm. We are open Tuesday through Sunday, closed on Mondays. The ideal candidates will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in various kitchen environments. Willing to working together and work cross restaurant concepts. We have available shift for prep and line cook shift in the morning as well.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
Skills
- Culinary knowledge
- Experience in catering or fine dining preferred
- Proficient in food handling and meal preparation
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
