DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of this highly motivated and positive individual is to consult with patients and answer questions related to planning treatment and payment options while focusing on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients. The Treatment Coordinator ensures that patients receive a great experience and understand fully the treatment diagnosed by the doctor.
KEY TASKS

- educating and discussing treatment plans with patients after having been diagnosed and reviewed by Doctor and clinical staff
- presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of costs and in an effective manner
- tracking of all outstanding treatment plans
- explain, promote, and adhere to company payment policies and procedures
- submitting, tracking and follow up on prior authorizations
- obtaining high treatment acceptance by expaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and finance options
- solicit referrals from patients after treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction
- contact patients the day prior and the day of appoinmtent, regarding fees due and to confirm appointments
REQUIREMENTS
- knowledge of treatment plan presentations preferred
- High School Diploma
- work experience recommended
- basic computer knowledge
- **good communication skills **
- an eagerness to learn on the job and to recieve coaching and training

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dental terminology: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dental Treatment Planning or Dental: 3 years (Preferred)
