Envision Motors is growing—and we are looking for an experienced, high-energy Service Director who knows how to build a winning service operation.
This is not a maintenance-management position. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the entire service department, develop people, drive performance and create an exceptional customer experience.
Our California operations include Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Toyota and Honda dealerships in the Southern and Northern California markets.

We want a Service Director who walks into the dealership every morning asking:
“How do we get better today?”
You will be responsible for leading the service department with a strong focus on:
- Customer-Pay Gross Profit
- Effective Labor Rate and Hours Per Repair Order
- Technician productivity, efficiency and retention
- Service Advisor performance and accountability
- Appointment production, show rate and traffic management
- WIP management and daily workflow
- Declined-service follow-up and closing opportunities
- Maintenance-menu presentation
- CSI and customer retention
- Warranty and internal performance
- Parts/service communication and profitability
- Expense control and departmental profitability
- Recruiting, coaching and developing a high-performance team
- Creating a culture of accountability, urgency and excellence

You are an experienced dealership Service Director or strong Fixed Operations/Service Manager ready for the next level.
You should be:
