In this role, you will provide IT help desk support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with General Services Officer (GSO) functions to ensure smooth office operations for a dynamic team of 75–80 personnel. This is an opportunity to contribute to technology solutions while supporting critical administrative and facility management processes.
Estimated Starting Salary Range forHelp Desk Specialist: $100,000- $111,944.19
Pay commensurate with experience.
