Bi-Petro, Inc. is hiring professional truck drivers (Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements) based out of Washington County, PA and Beech Bottom, West Virginia. This position involves loading crude oil, transporting it, and unloading the product at Bi-Petro marketing partnership facilities in eastern Ohio.
What We Offer:
- Paid time and a half after 40 hours
- $5,000 dollar Sign On Bonus
- Monthly KPI bonus starting at $900/month for new hires, increasing up to $1,500/month with years of service
- Rotating schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, followed by 5 days on / 3 days off

Responsibilities:
- Load petroleum products safely, including pre-loading inspections and product verification with dispatch
- Sample and test product to ensure quality
- Transport crude oil safely and efficiently, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and navigating road and site conditions
- Unload product at designated sites, verifying tank capacity and maintaining quality control
- Complete all required documentation (DOT, Bi-Petro, Inc.) and comply with all company safety procedures
- Coordinate with dispatch/scheduling to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed
- Support the Terminal and Fleet Operations team with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements
- At least 23 years of age
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
