POSITION: General Manager
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Reports To: President
Job Classification: FT / Salaried
DESCRIPTION: For more than 50 years, Munro Supply has been helping customers throughout Western Colorado and Eastern Utah solve tough industrial challenges. We provide pumps, hose, industrial products, repair services, and technical expertise to customers in mining, construction, municipal water, agriculture, oil & gas, and other essential industries.
We've built our reputation by taking care of customers, investing in our people, and doing business the right way. As a privately owned company, we believe lasting success comes from strong relationships, continuous improvement, and leaders who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help others succeed.
As we continue to grow and invest in the future of our business, we're looking for a General Manager who shares those values and is excited to help lead our next chapter.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" management role. It's an opportunity to build on an already successful business by developing people, improving systems, strengthening operations, and helping us become an even more service-focused organization.
The General Manager serves as the senior leader of Munro Supply and is responsible for the overall performance of the business. Working in close partnership with the President, the General Manager provides leadership across every functional area of the company, including sales, purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, customer support, production, and our growing service operations, including pump repair and hose assembly.
Success in this role won't be measured solely by financial or operational results. It will also be reflected in the strength of your team, the consistency of execution, and the trust we earn from our customers every day.
This position reflects our commitment to investing in the future. We're looking for someone who enjoys building organizations—not simply managing them—and who sees opportunities to strengthen people, improve processes, and help position the business for long-term success.
