Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and care
- Apply nail art designs using color theory principles to match client preferences and current trends
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience
- Promote retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items through upselling techniques
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends including esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and other beauty services to broaden skill set
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and acrylic application
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related field as required by local regulations
- Deep understanding of sanitation standards including disinfection procedures for tools and workspaces
- Knowledge of color theory to create appealing nail art designs tailored to client preferences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
- Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively
- Experience with additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.29 - $30.46 per hour
