Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
Collecting data and documenting client progress
Creating a safe and engaging session environment
Communicating effectively with families and supervisors

Compensation:
BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
